We first met on the 4th October 2019 through a friend of a friend. We spent the night bonding over stupid dancing in a club. When Covid hit in March 2020, we didn’t want to be apart, so Eleanor moved in with Simon and his flatmate in their London flat - an unexpected adventure and a crash course in living together.

By October 2020, we found our first flat together in central London. It was small, but it made for an excellent flat to host friends and late night parties (thank you sound proof glass)

In April 2023, ready for a new chapter we moved up North to Didsbury. Then, on the 22nd March 2024, in front of a chateau in Saint-Emlion Simon proposed, celebrated with lots of nice French food and wine.

In November 2024, we bought our first house together in Altrincham and have been slowly making it our own ever since. We love good food, wine, and a party, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone we care about on our wedding day.
